The reason why you should get married is simple.
If you don’t get married, you will never know what it feels like to be married.
Even if you observe others’ marriages or if you read about married life in literature, you can’t see every aspect of it in detail, and nobody can experience ‘your married life’ other than you.
Even if you ask somebody, “what is it like to be married?” and get a detailed response, it’s about their marriage, not yours. ‘Your married life’ is the unique combination of you, your spouse, and your environment, and this makes it a one-of-a-kind experience in the whole world.
Wait, I forgot the premise. I should have added ‘if you are curious about marriage’ and ‘if you’d like to get married’.
In my 11th year of marriage, I’m happy that I decided to get married and I’m living a pretty good life, yet I don’t believe everybody SHOULD get married.
